JOB PURPOSE
Handling operations associated with Service Gestion Client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter and verify the operations processed by SGC, such as opening and closure of accounts, updates of customer data, processing of chequebook requests, implementation of e-banking, management of banking products, etc, while complying with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Act as backup during the absence of the supervisor or department head.
- Manage production while adhering to KPIs.
- Act as liaison with stakeholders across all functions within the bank pertaining to the department's activities.
- Execute the different checks delegated by the line Manager.
- Support projects within the department that seek to streamline operations and upgrade the core banking.
- Prepare statistical data and reporting.
- Perform administrative tasks (filing, research, archiving, etc.).
- Achieve the objectives set by the Line Manager.
COMPETENCIES
- Possess good knowledge of the economic, fiscal, regulatory, and legal environment
- Be familiar with banking and financial regulations
- Sound knowledge of KYC and CDD policies and operating procedures
- Good knowledge of AML/ CFT
- Self-discipline and ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in English and French
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, Business Management or any related field
- At least 2 years' experience within the Banking sector
