Abdeslam Bennani is the 'Directeur Général en charge du Corporate & Investment Banking’ at Banque Centrale Populaire. Abdeslam Bennani holds a Bachelor in Finance from ‘Institut Supérieur de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises’ and a ‘DESS en Audit & Finance.

Hanane El Boury is the Executive Director of the Financial Institutions Group at Banque Centrale Populaire. Hanane holds an MBA from ESA Toulouse. She sits as Non-Executive Director on the Boards of different entities of the BCP Group. She has over 24 years of experience in the financial services sector.

Soumia Fathallah is currently the Executive Director of the Group Transaction Banking  division at Banque Centrale Populaire and has 25 years of experience in the financial services sector. She holds a Master Système d’Information et Contrôle de Gestion from the University of Rennes and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Al Akhawayn.

Si Mohammed Hajjam is the ‘Directeur Exécutif, Engagement GE et filiales’ at Banque Centrale Populaire. Si Mohammed Hajjam is the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee.

Mathieu Mandeng is the Chairman of the Audit Committee

Having graduated in Management with a specialisation in International Finance, she has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services sector.  She has extensive expertise in the Global Business sector, which she has developed since her early days of her career. She held senior positions at Deutsche Bank for 13 years where she led the cash management and trade finance business with continuous international exposure in Asia and Europe. 

In 2016, she joined one of the leading French banking group BPCE subsidiary in Mauritius Banque des Mascareignes Ltee as Directrice des Grands Comptes.

In 2018, she was the Interim CEO during the phase of the acquisition of the Bank by Groupe Banque Centrale Populaire. In November 2018, she was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer by the Board of Directors of the Bank.

Sangeetha has served as Vice Chairperson the Mauritius Finance and is currently a director on its Board. Sangeetha is a member of Mauritius Institute of Directors and Women Directors Forum.

She has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of BCP Bank (Mauritius) Ltd since 15 January 2025.
