Mauritius Telecom Maintenance to temporarily disrupt SMS-based Services

Dear Customers,

Kindly note that Mauritius Telecom will be conducting scheduled maintenance on its network, which may temporarily affect our SMS-based services.

The maintenance is scheduled from Saturday 16 May at 23:00 to Sunday 17 May at 05:00. 

The following services may be impacted:

  • Card payment notifications
  • e-commerce transactions notifications and OTP validation
  • Creation of beneficiaries on eBanking services 
     

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
