How does it work?


Any physical person:

  • aged between 18 and 60 years (maximum age of 65 years at final settlement);
  • with a revenue in Euro or the equivalent of a minimum of EUR 2 000;
  • who is a Mauritian Resident customer, Non Mauritian Resident customer or Non Resident Mauritian.

Maximum of 15 years, subject to approval of application.

Personal Capital Contribution

Capital contribution required depends on the nature of the project.

Other conditions
  • The loan is restricted to an investment in a real estate development project and solely on the Mauritian territory.
  • Mandatory domiciliation of revenue/salary with specific conditions attached (please contact us for more details).
  • Presentation of project and sustaining official documents.
  • Constitution of guarantees, notably the possibility of registering a mortgage in the jurisdiction of Mauritius.
  • Subscription to a personal life insurance policy and to a real estate insurance policy on the property - both endorsed in favour of BCP Bank (Mauritius)
